These two friendly, young dogs were left at a park near White Rock Lake in Dallas. One of our producers was leaving the lake and spotted two dogs waiting in a parking lot. It seems the dogs were waiting for their owner to return. Our producer tried for about 45 minutes to get these dogs to jump into the car, but they couldn't quite make up their minds. Another driver came by shining a flashlight across the meadow around them and told them that a pack of coyotes was a few yards away waiting to pounce on the dogs. The dogs went out and came nose to nose with a large coyote, then bee-lined back to the car. They consulted each other for another couple of minutes, then jumped into the car.
The producer took the two dogs home, but already has several pets. They are keeping these two dogs in a spare bedroom (away from their other dogs - only because one of the dogs they have hates other dogs).
This is not a good situation for anyone. It is urgent that we a find a foster or a forever home for these two deserving dogs. They seem to be litter mates or related and are very close. Maybe a year or so old. Very good people dogs. Always wagging their tails and smiling.

Sampson has found a foster home - and still looking for a forever home. But at least he didn't get eaten by coyotes and is living a very happy life right now with 2 other dogs. If you want to adopt him let us know at info@petcommando or send a message to Keith Ramsey.
Sampson's sister, Delilah, is the black dog. She is beautiful, loves people. She needs to be the only dog in a home. She is an alpha dog that would be a fantastic guard dog and companion for anyone. Contact email@example.com if you want to adopt her.
