Diane Geer said… Hi, Tracy. Ever have a therapy animal and go to nursing homes? I am thinking of taking Chewy that direction. Any ideas/suggestions?
(You may get an invitation to be my "friend". If so, ignore it as you are already on my "list".)
Hope you and yours are doing well.

Marie Petty said… Tracy, congratulations on your new baby! Poodles are one of the smartest breeds. I don't know the age, but they are very easy to teach tricks or learn the house rules. I only have one now, Teddy, as Lola passed of old age. I have had poodles since I was 19, before I ever thought of having human kids. And my oldest is 41. LOL Teddy never wants to leave my side and I am now wanting to rescue a female. I don't want pissin' contests. My sister had poms and my friend has a teeny black one. Your pictures are wonderful. Best of luck. If you hear of a little girl, please let me know. I'm a widown & Teddy sleeps with his head on the pillow next to me. He thinks he's a german shephard.
Roxanna said… Hi Tracy, I think you are great to adopt your new pal. I adopted my Bichon from the Rainbow Bridge in Bonham about 8 months ago. Bichons are similar to poodles, they have to go to the groomer about every 4 to 6 weeks unless you know how to do it yourself. Other than that they are just great pets and love to be loved. I call mine my velcro dog because he is never far from my side day and night.
Robert Lucian said… Miss Tracy, thanks for all you do for unfortunate animals that have had bad breaks and unfortunate circumstances. You were an absolute hero to the six kittens that would have starved unless you took on that time-consuming task, but you did it happily and without complaint. To do that while you had your own dogs, and "flight crew", I am sure was quite a juggling act.
