I cried with joy when the owners came for their Retrievers! What a very happy situation. But very sad for the other dogs living outside and chained up. Why even bother to have the dogs at all if all the owner is going to do is tie them up outside all the time? I just don't get it.

Well, I do what I can. My real plan to help inspire others to do the same - since I can't rescue them all myself!

There is a law against keeping a dog on a leash for more than a short amount of time, and against leaving it on a leash all night, and in the freezing weather - without food and water (which would be frozen). It's a matter of educating people and getting help from the authorities. They don't have the resources to hang out watching these dog all night. Thank goodness the dogs got dog houses.

 I was wondering why the stupid man that left his dogs outside didnt get fined??? Is there some way that we can change the law about this horrible action....
